DAVYNKA MOSS is the owner and licensee of Moss Conveyancing. She was born in Albany, completed her primary schooling at Spencer Park before going to Albany Senior High School. Her introduction to the industry was at her father’s law firm where she started in 1999 as the office junior. Enjoying the challenges within a professional office, Davynka proceeded to work her way up to receptionist, then office administrator before the opportunity arise to learn the trade of property settlements. In 2004 she moved to Perth to complete her Certificate IV in Conveyancing at Central TAFE, and received her Real Estate Settlement Agents licence the following year. Moss Conveyancing was established in 2005.
Davynka is a proud member of the Albany Community Foundation, sits on the committee for the Disabled Surfers Association Great Southern and is a mentor to year 10 students at St Joseph’s College in Albany. She sponsors the Albany Boardriders, together with numerous sporting teams, local charities and events such as the MSWA Albany Swim. Every year since 2001 Davynka and her family organise the Little Grove Santa Run in which they dress up as Santa, Mrs Clause & Elves handing out lolly bags to the local children and sometimes adults!
Davynka is happily married to another Albany local, Dwane Simmons, and is a mother to 3 handsome boys, Zephyr, Kalgan and Jethro. Her weekends are spent with her boys at the beautiful local beaches either surfing or fishing. During winter she enjoys playing Volleyball and watching her boys play Aussie Rules Football.

STACEY BRENTON started her professional career in 2006, as a Paralegal in the banking and finance division in a Perth law firm. Throughout this time Stacey gained insight into property industry and progressed to a Conveyancer. From here Stacey enrolled in studies to become a Licensed Settlement Agent.
In 2011 Stacey relocated home to Albany where she commenced a role with a local law firm as a Conveyancer.
She enjoyed the variety of work and she would often assist Solicitors with legal property matters. Stacey completed the remainder of her studies by correspondence and became a Licensed Settlement Agent. In 2014 Stacey welcomed her first child Sophie and her second child Jaxon followed in 2017.
In 2019 Stacey commenced with Moss Conveyancing to follow her passion for property settlements.
Stacey and her husband are both Albany born, their family spend their spare time enjoying the amazing scenery around Albany. Stacey has a love for bushwalking, 4WD’ing and in particular camping by the beach.

KATE BULL is a local Albany girl. She moved from Perth to Albany when she was 2 weeks old and has lived here ever since. She attended St Joseph’s College and later went on to complete Certificate 2 and 3 in Business at South Regional TAFE. She commenced at Moss Conveyancing in April 2019. Kate enjoys going out for breakfast at Dylan’s On the Terrace every Sunday with friends and hanging out with her family. Kate has a dachshund called Lucy and loves walking her around the amazing Albany.
