About Us

DAVYNKA MOSS is the owner and licensee of Moss Conveyancing, a respected property settlement agency based in Albany, Western Australia.

Born and raised in Albany, Davynka began her education at Spencer Park Primary School and later attended Albany Senior High School. Her introduction to the legal and property industries began in 1999 at her father’s law firm, where she started as an office junior. Embracing the challenges of a professional environment, she steadily advanced through roles as receptionist and office administrator before finding her passion in property settlements.

In 2004, Davynka moved to Perth to complete her Certificate IV in Conveyancing at Central TAFE and obtained her Real Estate Settlement Agent’s Licence the following year. In 2005, she founded Moss Conveyancing, which has since grown into a trusted name in the region for reliable and client-focused conveyancing services.

Deeply committed to her community, Davynka is an active member of both the Albany Community Foundation and Albany Community Hospice. Her support extends to a wide range of local initiatives, including sponsorship of the Albany Boardriders, Albany Sharks Football & Sporting Club, Great Southern Football League Youth Girls, and numerous local charities and events such as the MSWA Albany Swim, Great Southern Volunteer of the Year Awards, and the Master Builders Builder of the Year Awards.

Davynka is married to fellow Albany local Dwane Simmons and is a proud mother to three teenage sons—Zephyr, Kalgan, and Jethro. When not at work, she enjoys weekends at the stunning local beaches, spending time with her family surfing and fishing.

STACEY BRENTON started her professional career in 2006, as a Paralegal in the banking and finance division in a Perth law firm. Throughout this time Stacey gained insight into property industry and progressed to a Conveyancer. From here Stacey enrolled in studies to become a Licensed Settlement Agent.

In 2011 Stacey relocated home to Albany where she commenced a role with a local law firm as a Conveyancer.

She enjoyed the variety of work and she would often assist Solicitors with legal property matters. Stacey completed the remainder of her studies by correspondence and became a Licensed Settlement Agent. In 2014 Stacey welcomed her first child Sophie and her second child Jaxon followed in 2017.

In 2019 Stacey commenced with Moss Conveyancing to follow her passion for property settlements.

Stacey and her husband are both Albany born, their family spend their spare time enjoying the amazing scenery around Albany. Stacey has a love for bushwalking, 4WD’ing and in particular camping by the beach.

KRISTY RIDGWAY was born in Esperance and spent her early childhood on a wheat and sheep farm, where she developed a strong work ethic and a deep appreciation for rural life. At the age of 13, her family relocated to Albany, where she remained throughout her teenage years and early adulthood. In her early 20’s Kristy moved to Perth in search of new opportunities and experiences.

She spent 20 years living and working there, including a 13-year career in the corporate banking sector. It was during this time that Kristy discovered her passion for the lending and settlement space, gaining valuable experience working with clients and helping them navigate the finance and property process. She thrived in the fast-paced environment and valued the opportunity to build long-term client relationships based on trust and professionalism.

In 2017, Kristy returned to Albany to live on her partner’s farm, reconnecting with the rural lifestyle she had grown up with. It was also during this time that she transitioned into the conveyancing industry. Her extensive background in lending and settlements provided a strong foundation, and she now enjoys guiding clients through the property transfer process with clarity, care, and efficiency.

KATE BULL joined Moss Conveyancing in 2019 and is a valued member of the administration team. A long-time Albany local, Kate brings strong organisational skills and a warm, approachable manner to her role. She plays an important part in the smooth day-to-day running of the office and takes pride in providing friendly, reliable support to both clients and colleagues. Outside of work, Kate enjoys spending time with family and friends and making the most of everything Albany has to offer.

NATALIE MATSEN relocated to Albany in 2019, seeking a sea change while continuing to build on an extensive career in senior administration.  She joined Moss Conveyancing early 2024, bringing more than 20 years of expertise across the Legal, Local Government, Mining and Building industries. Her depth of knowledge and attention to detail delivers consistent value to both colleagues and clients.

In addition to her professional achievements, Natalie has contributed significantly through voluntary roles, including as Events Coordinator and Committee Secretary, demonstrating her strong commitment to community and organisational excellence.

Outside of work, Natalie enjoys gardening, caravanning with her husband, and spending time with her adult children, Harley and Brooklyn.  She also pursues creative interests in photography and sewing.

KELLY WHITELOCK brings over 9 years of experience in the finance and insurance industries, offering a strong foundation in administration along with a keen eye for detail. She began her career in insurance but soon discovered a true passion for the housing and property market. This passion inspired her to return to her hometown of Albany, where she began a successful career in banking. In 2024, Kelly took the next step by joining Moss Conveyancing, where she continues to grow her expertise and deepen her love for all things property-related.

A proud Albany local, Kelly’s strong community ties bring warmth and authenticity to her work, allowing her to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

Outside of the office, Kelly is a dedicated mother of three, whose busy family life keeps her on her toes. She also enjoys horseback riding and tending to her small hobby farm, embracing the rural lifestyle she loves.
